Will I be able to choose what my web site looks like?

Absolutely! When we start a new site we ask if you have a design in mind or whether we should start with a blank canvas and create something which we think would suit your business.

We create a draft design as an image and send this to you. If you do not like it for any reason we will either make amendments or create a brand new design for you. We keep doing this until we come up with a design that you are really happy with.

We do not come up with something and expect you to use it - you have complete control over the design.

How long will it take to build my site? 

Once you sign up, we will create a draft design for you within seven days. Once we've settled on a design, we go ahead and build the web site for you based on that. Building the site usually takes 7-14 days so all going well, your new web site will be up-and-running within three weeks.

Where will my site be hosted?

If you already have hosting, we will upload your new site to that for you. If you do not have hosting yet, we offer a hosting package but either way, we can talk you through your options.

Will my site be mobile friendly?

Yes, all of our sites work on all devices - computers, tablets and mobile phones. This is hugely important because so many people use mobile devices to access web sites - you must have a site that is mobile friendly.

Will my site be SEO friendly?

Yes, all of our sites come complete with SEO features so that you can adapt them to help move your site up the search engine rankings. We also offer a SEO service if you need some help.

Will I be able to log into my site and make changes?

Yes, with all of our sites we provide you with full admin access so that you can log in and make changes at any time. We are here as well if you are too busy so just let us know and we can make changes for you.

How do I set up e-mail accounts for my new site?

Just let us know what you need and we'll do this for you - all part of the service!
